Hi Frank,

Tom does have TRAC_ADMIN for the MapGuide trac, but I'm pretty sure that
what he wants (adding an optional new field on the ticket form to track
revision number) isn't available through the admin UI.

I see I don't have them.  If an appropriate representative from the
mapguide
PSC files a SAC ticket, I can extend mapguide trac admin rights to
additional
people (provide the osgeo userids).   Once that is done, you shouldn't
need
SAC to add new milestones, etc.
