[mapguide-internals] Tweaking serverconfig.ini defaults for 2.1

Hi Tom,

Definitely the CacheSize value, i agree with Trevor's rationale for
with leaving SDF/SHP excluded .

from the file header "The following configuration is based on a single
CPU with a single core."

Given that you pretty much can't even buy a single core server these
days, I think these
values could be tweaked up. Ideally shipping with a number of default
configs i.e .

serverconfig.ini  -- default optimised for a dual core machine
serverconfig_4_core.ini  -- default optimised for a quad core machine
serverconfig_8_core.ini  -- default optimised for a dual quad core machine

It's not 100% clear from the file either which bits affect what

I am assuming that ClientConnectionProperties relates to mapagent.fcgi calls
and SiteConnectionProperties relates to Web API calls?
