[mapguide-internals] Release Build not working???? Debug build is fine!!! ALL IS FINE

Walt,

Bruce's fixes were not specific to the GDAL provider, they fixed a generic defect in the way that the fdo connection manager used reference counting to keep track of connections. This was most apparent with the GDAL provider because it was both limited to a single connection and was missing a strong reference, but it was also causing problems with other connections in less-easily-reproducible conditions.

I know of others seeing problems with vector-only maps falling over under load with the same symptoms the GDAL provider was exhibiting, so am hopeful that this will resolve at least some of these cases.

What recent submission fixed this? What revision were you using previously?

The main recent submissions were:

Bruce fixed ticket 462 (Server Crash and Unresponsive using OSGeo.Gdal FDO provider)
- does your tiled map use GDAL?

I fixed ticket 969 (Zero-width lines for AGG renderer are too thick)
- default behavior is legacy, so this should not have changed any behavior for your map (unless you enabled one or more of the new settings)
