[mapguide-internals] PSC Meeting August 6th

Yeah, bad timing. I was on my final attempt with NanaimoMap beta, and it was still crashing like mad when I had my ortho layers enabled.

I'm starting to feel a bit better about it now; its been a couple days since the last crash. The magic bullet seems to have been disabling the connection cache.
