Did you find a solution to the toolbar problem you were seeing?  Is it visible in one of the bundled MapGuide themes?

I tested interim build 4114 - looks quite good but there are a few defects in fusion viewer which I cannot resolve myself:

- selection only displays selected objects in the selection panel but are not highlighted on the map
- the toolbar(Main Menu) is not displayed at all
- the overview map looks quirky (see attachment)

Any ideas
