Hi PSC,

As discussed in our meeting today...

I motion that we vote on RFC 58 http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/wiki/MapGuideRfc58.

I have modified the RFC so that it does not mention the use of cPanel for hosting downloads.  Instead, the downloads will be posted in our normal downloads area on demand.
