[mapguide-internals] Please Review the patch for TICKET 1017<X64 Build errors for Web Extension on Windows>

Hi there,

The patch "Extra patch for 1017" is available for you to review. This is the link https://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/ticket/1017
This patch is used to fix the build break on Linux. And the build break is caused by the last submission of [mapguide-commits] r3981. In that submission, I upgraded the Apache from the httpd-2.2.4 to the httpd-2.2.11.
But I didn't update the build_apt.sh correspondingly, then the complier can't find the http-2.2.4.

Please review this patch for me.
