[mapguide-internals] Web Layout XML Schema Update (Re: RFC 66)

Hi All,

Since RFC 66 is introducing a schema update to the WebLayout xml schema,
could we possibly slip in these additions to the schema?

1. User-defined selection color
2. Map request image format

These two things I would imagine are the most commonly modified things in
the AJAX viewer. Having these in the web layout would save having to hack
AJAX viewer template files for every installation.
