[mapguide-internals] PSC meeting thursday

I think that we need a link to an authoritative time rather than "regular time" :)  

And an email reminder would be good too...  it's no excuse, but I forgot to add the meeting to my calendar, and may have been able to jump in if I'd been poked.

When was the meeting?  I was on the IRC channel from 11:00 to 11:30 PST and
saw no activity so assumed I had the wrong day.
