[mapguide-internals] Installer: Samples and other supplemental material

Hi All,

Can these items be stored in svn?

- MapGuide Developer's Guide
- MapGuide Developer's Guide Sample code
- Sheboygan Dataset
- Symbolization Dataset
- MapGuide Viewer Samples (PHP/Java/.net)

I would like to bundle these items as per Trac ticket #892. It can also help
us knock off some of the sample-related tickets as well. Are there any
issues (legal/licensing) preventing this from happening?
