[mapguide-internals] Wavelets and 2.1

Hi all,

If you're trying out the 2.1 installer and want to test the GDAL
provider against MrSID/ECW, let me know.  I'll bundle everything up and
provide instructions.  These plugins (as well as ArcSDE and Oracle
Raster) are available from the OSGeo4W source tree under gdal16-*

What would y'all think about rolling MrSID support into the 2.1
installer?  I'm leery about redistributing the ECW DLL after reading
their EULA...
