I like the idea; Trac uploads isn't really sustainable.

We don't really have infrastructure that would support that.  Trac is
single-project really (seen Redmine? http://www.redmine.org/) and I
don't think I'd want to ask OSGeo to set up a new SVN just for this.

Would it be reasonable to use Google Code for the MapGuide-community
project?  We could deem it official, manage it as part of MapGuide, but
not have to burden OSGeo SAC with its support...
