[mapguide-internals] My MSI Install Issues

I fixed the first one and attached a patch; I could commit directly but don't want to mess up anything you may be working on.

The second one is bizarre.  I manually re-constructed the mapping command and it ran correctly, so either I unconsciously corrected an error, or there was a problem applying the mapping at that point in the installer.  I hope to get more time in on this some time in the next couple days, but would welcome assistance from anyone willing to tackle it.

Please note that I cannot directly address any IIS7-specific defects, as I do
not have Vista or Windows Server 2008 to test on. 

I do not want to code blind, so someone else will have to step up to the
plate with fixes/enhancements in that regard.
