[mapguide-internals] More MSI Install Issues

I've made some fixes for Java. You need to rebuild your staging area and
regenerate your include files. 

Firstly run MgDev\build.bat -a=install -w=all -o=YOURSTAGINGAREA

Then run Installer\build.bat -a=regen
-web=YOURSTAGINGAREA\WebServerExtensions
