[mapguide-internals] Default installation location for data directories

Well, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Apache and most other apps seems to store
their data
under their main install directory....

personally, I'd rather keep it as is

I'd rather drop the spaces out of the install paths, makes scripting
easier, at least
relatively within the app, ignoring the stupid madness that program
files is as a
decision choice

C:\Program Files\OSGeo\MapGuide2.1\Maestro
C:\Program Files\OSGeo\MapGuide2.1\Server
C:\Program Files\OSGeo\MapGuide2.1\Web
C:\Program Files\OSGeo\MapGuide2.1\Data
