A patch has been uploaded to the RFC60 http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/attachment/wiki/MapGuideRfc60/MgDevPatch-RFC60-v2.patch This includes some configuration changes to improve smooth development (e.g. clean up the Postbuild.mak and including a ServerStructured solution )
