[mapguide-internals] Stability and performance issues with MGOS 2.1

That sounds great. I am happy to run and examine those fixes with our
150 layer Ozzy map.

Please consider using this opportunity to share your higher level
architectural insights and leave some remarks
in the source code as this seems the best place to put it and the
easiest to write it into or anywhere else.

Doing such complex analysis work seems a very good moment to leave a few
remarks here and there without a lot of effort
(compared to writing or completing an architecture document)

Any additional info in this direction is greatly appreciated, in
particular the not so obvious things or motivations for a chosen approach.
e.g. which logical processing an exception handler is responsible for

Thanks for your considerations.

No use duplicating effort here between Autodesk and the community. However, I could use some guinea pigs to test this stuff when I start to slam all this code in.

> This change along with a previous submission related to repository tuning http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/changeset/3847 have brought MapGuide on Windows to a point where it can begin to handle concurrent user loads in excess of 200+ users, depending on data set.
> The next set of submissions which I need to make will deal with a variety of memory leaks in both MapGuide and Fdo. Large selections in a multi-user environment with MGOS 2.1 will exhaust virtual memory. I do have fixes in hand but have not tested it with all of the providers
