[mapguide-internals] MIME type for MapGuide packages

Could you please try again; I've changed it to send the vnd MIME type instead:

http://www.jasonbirch.com/temp/Sheboygan2.mgp

With a non-ambiguous MIME type, IE is supposed to bypass sniffing altogether, but who knows...  I've tested with a clean IE6 on XP SP3, and IE7 on Vista.

I think there is a difference in how you use the link.
I pasted it into the adress line.
