[mapguide-internals] MGOS Getting Started confusion

I'm wondering if the owner of
http://mapguide.osgeo.org/sites/mapguide.osgeo.org/files/GettingStarted.pdf
can change the reference to MapStudio Open Source in that document to
instead reference MapGuide Maestro and its proper location?  At the same
time, the reference to MapGuide Web Studio should be removed.
