[mapguide-internals] sudden problem with MapGuideJavaApi

Hi all
After a some rebuilds of mapguide server from trunk I suddenly remarked that
mapguide java api was broken:
When doing a MapGuideJavaApi.MgInitializeWebTier(configPath) following
error/exception is spitted:

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError:
C:\Programme\OSGeo\MapGuide21\Web\Tomcat\bin\MapGuideJavaApi.dll: Can't find
dependent libraries

Seems that I'm welcome to the dll-hell...
Anyone an idea?
