[mapguide-internals] Corporate contributor agreement

Hi,

I have posted the Corporate CLA at http://mapguide.osgeo.org/developer.html.

I have also posted a new version of the Individual CLA (so it is now the same as the FDO one except of course that it is for MGOS).  I have also left the old CLA up there for the time being.  Whether we require everyone to resign the new one or not is something we could discuss at the next PSC meeting.
