[mapguide-internals] RFC 90 Meta Tiling Support for MGOS 2.2

Hi UV, Hi Zac,

We just had a PSC meeting and were wondering how the RFC 90 work was progressing?  Is now a good time to start the review process?  The PSC would like to include Meta Tiling in MGOS 2.2.
