[mapguide-internals] Minor change in RFC 91 - Upgrade Apache/Tomcat to the latest version

Hi Experts,

When implement the "RFC 91 - Upgrade Apache/Tomcat to the latest version", I found the latest version of Tomcat I can get is 6.0.29.
So I'd like to update the RFC to reflect it. We will upgrade the Tomcat to 6.0.29.
Please review it again.
