Hi Hugues,

You need to set the svn:externals for the Oem directory.

If you have TortoiseSVN installed, then do a properties on the Oem directory. A dialog that has the svn:externals property in it should come up.  Edit the CsMap value so that it points to the directory you want.

How do I make this project point to the CsMap sandbox RFC2 http://svn.osgeo.org/metacrs/csmap/sandbox/RFC2/?

There's a magic incantation somewhere that's needed to first, read it, and then update it.
I tried the plugin menu items and the repo browser but could find the UI that tells me what CsMap svn depot that's being used.
Can you please tell how I can do that?

Sounds good.  You have access to the Sandbox so you should go ahead and create that branch for Rfc94.

Once Andre has created an osgeo userid and submitted a contributor's agreement I will add him as a committer to the sandbox area.

I would like to create a MapGuide sandbox to implement the RFC94



I need to have

http://svn.osgeo.org/mapguide/sandbox/Rfc94

that would automatically point to the existing CsMap sandbox

http://svn.osgeo.org/metacrs/csmap/sandbox/RFC2/

The submitters would be Norm Olsen (userid = normolsen), and Andre Barth. I can't find this person's userid so, presumably, there's none yet. Hopefully this can be added to the submitters after the sandbox creation.
