Hi Jackie,

For #2, I know there were some changes to the Web Extensions .Net DLLs and some API documentation changes.

For #4, I was planning on setting up a 64 bit Windows build machine but Remote Desktop might be painfully slow outside of Canada and the US.

Regarding #2:

What particular items need addressing in the wix installer? I haven't done
much w/ the installer since 2.1. Did something break since then?

Regarding #3:

The current wix installer should already have PostGIS and SQLite providers
built in. We just need to add the PostgreSQL one.

Regarding #4:

I don't have a fully operational x64 dev environment :-( I can only watch
from the sidelines in this regard.
