Hi Jackie,

It may be API specific.  I thought .Net might have worked and PHP didn't.  Perhaps PHP is having trouble creating temporary files (just a guess).

Buffering is failing on me. I see the buffer SDF files being created (and
the buffer layer created), but no features are being inserted.

Any ideas? I suspect it may be something to do with Windows UAC.
