[mapguide-internals] Re: MapGuide 2.2 RC1 Release Readiness

I've started working on an "RC0" build.  This will be for internal consumption to test and validate the defect list I came up with over the weekend.  The build will be based on the branches/2.2 for mgdev and trunk for the installer.  I am also building FDO from latest 3.5.0 source.  Since I do not have "Arc" licenses, we may be missing one provider.

It will take me a little while.  I will build 32 bit first.

I'd be happy to test, but I don't have a build environment set up.  The
download server appears to be more like a down server right now.  If there's
a current build available with this applied I can test against Win7 x64 and
WinXP x86. And I may have a Win2k3 x86 that I can try it against for good
measure.
