[mapguide-internals] MapGuide 2.2 Beta Release Readiness

Hi everyone,

I did a little "Trac" when I should be sleeping.  I have added a Release Readiness section to the main Trac page and started a release readiness page for the MapGuide 2.2 Beta based on my impression of the project status.  Since I only had an impression of the project status, I figured we needed a page.  Please feel free to update/change/add items as you see fit.

Oh... And there are some volunteer opportunities already available with more to come!
