That sounds like a plan. Your idea of trivial and mine are likely orders of
magnitude different though :) I don't have any problems bundling up PHP,
but actually compiling it is a different question entirely... are the
changes you had to make actually in the sandbox, and can they be ported to
trunk?
I personally think we should remain with the ISAPI module for the MapAgent
as long as it compiles in 64bit.
If we can get this together for IIS, I'm still of the mind that 64bit Apache
option is likely not worth the trouble. Oh, and that perhaps we should
restrict 64bit IIS to IIS7+?
