[mapguide-internals] Clarifying the 64-bit support

When I built the source myself and configured it I was able to use Apache/PHP, Apache/Tomcat(Java) and IIS/.NET.

I understand the server will be fully 64-bit, but what about the web
extensions and managed APIs (PHP/Java/.net)?
