[mapguide-internals] Maestro 2.5 sandbox

Hi All,

I'm going to create a new sandbox for Maestro 2.5. 

Maestro 2.5 is going to be significantly different from what is currently in
the trunk (and the upcoming 2.1 release) so doing this work inside a sandbox
instead of the trunk makes sense.
