[mapguide-internals] MapGuide 2.2 RC1 build in two weeks

  Hi Trevor,

Sorry I forgot about that and vaguely remember seeing that.  I've been 
doing some bug fixes in trunk so I'll do my best to merge from trunk 
into that branch then.  As Jason said there's probably no harm in having 
the QuickPlot widget there.
