[mapguide-internals] Where to get up to date FDO libs

  Yes, by spending/wasting the rest of my free time slot with rebuilding 
them :)
Luckily, I have done this before so it was not a serious hazzle but 
simply took long....
Too bad I did not manage to finish the CI environment last year.
This was a perfect use case.
