[mapguide-internals] describe features would really benefit from gzip compression

Just noticed over a client vpn connection whilst authoring
with studio that the describe features http request was returning
1.5 mb of XML, causing quite a delay to load over a network connection.

a quick test with gzip compressed this file to 34k

That kind of file would really benefit from gzip compression
and would make authoring much more responsive.

It's one of those things your don't notice when working with
localhost or on a high speed lan
