[mapguide-internals] MapGuide RFC 104 - Support Visual Studio 2010 has been updated

Based on our discussion for this post: http://osgeo-org.1803224.n2.nabble.com/Request-Feedback-Support-Vistual-Studio-2010-td6225690.html
The adopted RFC 104 has been updated to reflect the change. The change was added in the "Addendum" section of RFC104 as:

The project files used by Visual Studio 2010 will use the VC100 compiler/linker and the project files used by Visual Studio 2008 will be kept and still use the VC90 compiler/linker

If there is no objection, we will start to submit changes from this Wednesday (2011/04/13).
