[mapguide-internals] Build New Maestro

Hi,

I just did a new check-out of Maestro from
  https://svn.osgeo.org/mapguide/trunk/Tools/Maestro

But it won't build (VS 2008 command prompt, CD to Maestro root and run
"build") - I get a bunch of stuff (below) about references.  Are there
additional third-party downloads required or something missing from SVN or
just user-error?
