[mapguide-internals] MapGuide RFC 104 - Support Visual Studio 2010 has been updated

Hi all,

     The patch for RFC http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/wiki/MapGuideRfc104 is attached for review. It adds Visual Studio 2010 projects side by side with Visual Studio 2008 project. A few code files are modified to adopt Visual Studio 2010 syntax. It's test against Visual Studio 2008 that all projects work as before and not impacted by this porting.

The adopted RFC 104 has been updated to reflect the change. The change was added in the "Addendum" section of RFC104 as:

The project files used by Visual Studio 2010 will use the VC100 compiler/linker and the project files used by Visual Studio 2008 will be kept and still use the VC90 compiler/linker

If there is no objection, we will start to submit changes from this Wednesday (2011/04/13).
