[mapguide-internals] Ready for review: RFC 121 - Upgrade Apache, Tomcat and PHP to latest version

Honestly, I don't know... I use the java api's running on
Coldfusion under creaky old jrun..

I think the mapguide java stuff is pretty straightforward and unlikely
to be problematic, java is pretty good with backwards compatibility

anyone else comment?
