The Mobile Extension trickling down to MGOS probably won't happen (AIMS does
need some value-added stuff to justify the $$$ :-))

But if you've been keeping track of OpenLayers development, you will have
heard that it has had some significant improvments in touch/mobile device
support. So just put 2+2 together.
