[mapguide-internals] MG 2.2 Edits PATH Variable for PHP

Hi,

I just noticed on a clean W2k8 R2 x64 Server install that MapGuide makes an
addition to the system PATH variable for the PHP folder: 
 C:\Program Files\OSGeo\MapGuide\Web\Php\

We have previously had issues with upgrades and applications picking up
legacy paths.
Is this really required - would it be appropriate to raise a ticket to have
this removed from the installer?

I did an integrated .NET/IIS install and I know the Admin site uses PHP but
surely there is a way to pick up local paths/DLLs?
