[mapguide-internals] MGOS 2.1 Failed Install Notes

Zac,

I have implemented the 'php_MapGuideApiEnvConfig.dll' procedure but it didn't work for me. However, I found that it was a security issue relating to permission access to write to the temp folder in the Windows directory for MG 2.0.2. After adding the machine to a domain, I added the machine's IUSR & IWAM to the folder with write permission and it worked.
