[mapguide-internals] Motion: Vote MapGuide RFC 125 - Support Google Street View in Fusion

This functionality has a strong likelihood to be in violation of the Google
Maps API T&C in many cases, at least without an Enterprise agreement:

"There are certain Maps API Services, such as Places and Street View, which
you are permitted to use without a Google Map. This update clarifies that
if you do choose to use a map with these services it must be a Google Map."

Is the widget going to be smart enough to disable itself when not used with
a Google base map?
