[mapguide-internals] Build environment for next release of MapGuide

Hi all,

For the next release of MapGuide Open Source, are we building with VC 2010 SP1 or staying on VC 2008?  Does anyone know which compiler AIMS will be using?  Might be good to stick with whatever AIMS is using.  And we should probably follow whatever is chosen for FDO 3.7 (already pinged fdo-internals on that).
