UpdateFeatures with duplicated primaryKey
    mapguide returns 
    /"An exception occurred in FDO component.\nPRIMARY KEY must be unique"/

Just after i do a Select features on the same table
    mapguide returns 
  /"Exception: MgFeatureService CreateService: Failed to retrieve message
for \"MgFeatureServiceException\".\nAn exception occurred in FDO
component.\nPRIMARY KEY must be unique /

After a second try with SelectFeatures
  mapguide returns
  /"Exception: Impossible d'effectuer un cast d'un objet de type
'OSGeo.MapGuide.MgByteReader' en type 'OSGeo.MapGuide.MgDataReader'/

On the third SelectFeatures try, 
  Everything works fine again.
