[mapguide-internals] Widespread service auto startup problems on windows?

I am seeing this happen across most versions of MapGuide, including
AIMS 2013 running on 64bit Windows Server 2008 R2

 I had to do ours a while back due to many more services than normal
running.

Anyone else noticed of late that sometimes the
mapguide server service fails to start after a reboot
and it needs to be manually started?
I have seen this with both 2.2 and 2.4
