[mapguide-internals] Motion: RFC136 - Remove EXECUTESQLQUERY from the mapagent

Fyi, you can deny access to this query in IIS using the Request Filtering
module and setting up a DENY rule for this parameter. So far, only tested
for GET requests, not sure if it works (or is parsed by the mapagent) as a
POST.
