Hi All,

I've attached a patch for ticket 2416.

This fixes display of themed layers in the AJAX viewer legend when a user
moves out into a scale range where that layer is not themed. Before this
patch, the theme rules of the previous scale range would remain under that
layer node even though those rules aren't applicable for the current scale.
