[mapguide-internals] MapGuide RFC 144: Upgrade DWF Toolkit

I just looked at the file distributions from Map 2015 and there is a 7.7.0.22
DWF toolkit so it looks like you are using the same as the big CAD cousin
which is nice.

If you have a sandbox already built would it be possible to attach DWF files
from current MG and the new 7.7 toolkit to help answer Trevors query
