[mapguide-internals] Patch for ticket 2530 (Support SDF/SHP ordered queries vai FdoIExtendedSelect)

Hi All, 

I've attached a patch for ticket 2530

This patch adds limited ordered query support for SDF and SHP providers via
the FdoIExtendedSelect command. The limit being, that only one property can
be sorted on through FdoIExtendedSelect unlike the normal ordering option
which can have many properties to order on.
