[mapguide-internals] Patch for ticket 2578 (AGG renderer segfaults on Ubuntu 14.04)

Hi All,

I've attached a patch for ticket 2578

This fixes our roadblock for MapGuide to work on Ubuntu 14.04 (which I
talked about a few days ago) where in the past a few quick pans and zooms of
any map segfaults the MapGuide Server due to a corrupted double-linked list
error when the AGG renderer frees some cached fonts after rendering.
